A program-driven organization needed one consistent view across cost, schedule, procurement, and approval data for many parallel initiatives. Before that, those data sets lived in separate tools without a shared portfolio perspective.

The architecture view follows the project-centric AWS warehouse: SAP, quality, and milestone data are loaded through Glue into S3, harmonized into project and WBS models, and then consumed through dbt data products in management and site cockpits.

Cloud Nation designed and hardened the end-to-end delivery backbone: Project-centric data model around SAP project and WBS elements. dbt data products for board views, project management, procurement, and quality-gate monitoring. Role-based views across portfolio, program, and construction-site levels.
